Upgrading or downgrading

When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, credits will be updated pro rata.

Your documents limit will go up or down according to the plan's limit. Documents will not be deleted, but if you have more limit then your documents allow, you won't be able to add any updates and you will be kindly asked to bring down your documents to the limit. After three months, the oldest ingested documents will be automatically deleted until your limit is reached.

If you downgrade to the Free Trial plan, no new credits will be added. Only at first sign up the 100 free credits are added.
