Slack

Slack is the perfect channel for internal usecases like an "HR bot" for your employees. Start off by connecting your Slack Workspace and localizing all text.

Once installed, go ahead and test your new bot. There are basically three ways to use the bot:

Send the bot DMs to get answers
@mention the bot in channels you add it to.
Use /deflekt command to get an answer (not available in threads)

Currently the Deflekt Slack app is not yet approved by Slack and a warning might be shown. Rest assured the app is safe and doesn't acces very limited data within Slack as shown on the permissions screens. App marketplace approval is pending.
