• Conversation Data: Conversations may contain personal data and their retention is configurable.
• Retention Options: Data can be set to be automatically deleted after 1, 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Per-Project Configuration: The retention period is customizable per project, providing flexibility in managing data deletion schedules.
• Data Privacy: Data of our Customers will never be used for training purposes.
• Configuration Settings: The configuration settings for data retention offer control over the duration that potentially sensitive conversation data is stored, ensuring compliance with various data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
